Background: Computer Science and MSc Human Computer Interaction - Interaction Design
Interaction Designer based in London, UK. Originally from Bosnia, but moved to Sweden in early 90's. While my main area of interest lies with Usability and User interface Design and Development, I am also proficient in several programming languages. In my work I strive for simplicity and minimalism. I am also able to design and build clean and functional interfaces that follow the latest web standards.
Computer skills:
Proficient in C# and Java. Familiar with C, C++ and SQL.
Able to hand code XHTML and CSS. Familiar with Javascript, PHP and Flash.
In the area of Human Computer interaction I have experience and a good knowledge of User Centred Design, UI Design, RUP (UML), Scenarios and Personas.
Tools I can use include: Microsoft Visual Studio, NetBeans, JGrasp, Photoshop, DreamWeaver
OS: Windows and Linux. Bits and pieces of Unix.
Interests outside of my profession:
Technology and science – I am a passionate reader of everything that involves physics and astronomy.
Places where new things can be seen and learned and where people with different backgrounds can meet and exchange views and ideas.
